Godzilla-sized TV
Mitsubishi have developed the world’s largest high definition (HD) television. Using LED technology, it is over 11 metres tall and 66 metres wide - the length of three tennis courts, I’m told.
It was commissioned by the Japan Racing Association at a cost of 3.2 billion yen (US$28 million). The giant screen can be found at a horse-racing track in Tokyo. The long screen can be divided into three areas do that punters can see races happening in other parts of the racetrack.
