I (finally) got around to using my mp3 (creative N200) and wanted to
upgrade the sound, so I got better earbuds, which sound better, but are
soft and generate noise when jogging.
So I am waiting for an iriver 1G,
but the next toy is the cordless
headphone/mp3 player, when the capacity gets higher. the creatives
just sound bad, even with the upgraded phones.

Well, usually Apple makes the iPod and other brands come up with cool accessories, so someone like Bose or Sony or Belkin should make those headphones, not Apple themselves. But overall I agree: someone should have made a headset inside which you can “plug” a shuffle. I would buy a shuffle if there was such a headset available…

I use a 20g iPod, mostly because I got a $200 rebate if I bought it at the same time I was buying my PowerBook, which meant that I essentially got the iPod for $69.99! The idea of a set of headphones that you can plug an iShuffle into seems pretty incredible though – Mac should really buy that guy’s idea and start producing it!
